How I spent my spring break... I made all of these smocks, while my children frolicked and played with their grandparents. I decided to go with oilcloth in the smock department, because it makes them so easy to clean. I have a few more cut out and ready to finish, and a few regularly shaped kid oilcloth aprons to stick in with the bunch. I need to finish quick so I can move along and have enough time to make big-girl aprons.
The Beehive Bazaar is a art and craft fair in Provo Utah that showcases the independent designs, arts, crafts and edibles of trendsetting local artists. The Bazaar touts a hand selected inventory of unique, quality and most importantly, to-die-for handmade goods including jewelry, paintings, bags, vinyl, paper, clothing, accessories and one-of-a-kind gifts as well as cupcakes, jams, cookies, caramels and treats. This is in no way your mothers craft boutique, but creativity with an edge.
This blog is dedicated to previewing the goods of the artists and crafters featured in the upcoming show.
